Join Bullivant Gallery and Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments on March 24-26 for multi-sensory art exhibit to
celebrate the difference ways people create, experience, and appreciate art and encourage exploration by all visitors, both sighted and visually impaired.

Featuring Renowned Artist John Bramblitt

After losing his sight in 2001, John Bramblitt has become the world’s number one blind painter with artwork sold in over thirty countries all over the world and featured
in hundreds of stories on TV, Radio and newspapers including: The New York Times, The Washington Post, BBC, Discovery Channel, and CNN.
John has also received three Presidential Service Awards in recognition for his innovative art workshops.  Click here for more info on John.

Opening Reception & Painting Demonstration with John Bramblitt

Explore the exhibit showcasing cutting edge 3D tactile art, multimedia pieces featuring children served by DGCkids,
and artwork from local and national artists, including those with visual impairments. Featured artwork includes
life-cast masks by Sharon McConnell-Dickerson & a 3D print of the Mona Lisa, courtesy of 3DPhotoWorks.
Opening reception attendees can also enjoy a live painting demonstration by John Bramblitt.

Exclusive time reserved for children/youth with visual impairments and their
families to explore the exhibit and spend time with John Bramblitt.
This event is free but RSVPs are required, register online

Painting Class* with John Bramblitt at Bullivant Gallery
1:30-3:00 pm

Participants will learn new painting techniques using multiple senses to explore and create their
own piece of art to take home! People of all abilities can participate, minimum age 16.
Limited spots available, register online, tickets $35.

* includes short sightless painting exercise

Experiential Art Classes with
John Bramblitt at the Saint Louis Art Museum
1:00-4:00 pm

John Bramblitt will lead experiential hands-on art classes as part of the Saint Louis Art Museum’s Family Sunday Program
with and fun activities for the whole family including arts and crafts, story time, and tours – all inspired by modern and contemporary art.
This event is free and open to the public.
